"🎉 Giveaway Terms & Conditions: “Same Variety Free Product Giveaway”
1. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), within USA. Void where prohibited.
Must have purchased a product of a given variety from our store. Refunds disqualify participation.
2. How to Enter
To qualify for a chance to win one free product of the same variety you purchased, you must complete all three of the following steps:
a. Leave a review for our store at the point of purchase (e.g., our website, retailer page).
b. Follow our social media pages on both Instagram and Facebook.
c. Post a photo of your product’s packaging along with a written review on your public Instagram or Facebook profile (or story, if permanently saved/highlighted).
Each participant may enter once per variety purchased—multiple purchases of different varieties = multiple entries.
3. Disqualification
Entries from refunded purchases will be void.
Incomplete or ineligible entries (e.g., private social posts, missing review or packaging photo, failure to follow us) will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
A winner will be chosen randomly from all valid entries on the last day of each month, starting in July 2025 (e.g., if today is June 14, 2025, the selection date will be June 30, 2025).
The winner will be contacted via the social media account used in their entry within 5 business days after selection.
5. Prize Fulfillment
Prize awarded is one product of the same variety originally purchased.
Winner must provide a valid mailing address.
No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents permitted.
If prize notification is not responded to within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Publicity Release
By entering, winners agree to allow the use of their name, photo, and submitted review/images for marketing and promotional purposes, without further compensation.
7. Privacy
Personal data will be used only for administering the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Logistics Hub, its affiliates, and respective officers from any claim or liability arising out of participation or prize use.
9. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of Wisconsin, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Dane County, Wisconsin, USA.
